Put away the cell phone and the buzz of the city. This retreat will take you on a journey to deeply soothe your nervous system, align and rejuvenate your physical body and live from your authentic self!
We will have as a theme, "the center pole." So often life throws us off balance. This retreat will help us to align and center and re-find our core!
Both weekends will consist of movement lessons, connection, meditation, nature, healthy vegetarian cuisine, as well as personal and spiritual growth classes.
We will come together with the intention to do a deep dive into the self; with a focus on breaking through barriers of the mind, and healing our hearts and bodies, so that YOU can gain a new, more empowering view of what is possible for you in your life!
You will be guided through daily somatic Feldenkrais® & Yoga classes to improve your flexibility, strength, and alignment.
You will learn practices to shift emotional and energy blockages and release negative beliefs and social conditioning and reconnect to the wisdom of your heart.
Through meditation, grounding and centering yourself in a nature setting, you will have the opportunity to reconnect to the truth of who you are.
What is Feldenkrais?
For these lessons, you will be guided through gentle movement sequences which have an extraordinary effect on adapting the nervous system towards its optimal state, and helping us to "let go," of our excess holding and contraction patterns.
As a result of the yoga and Feldenkrais, you may:
-Free your body from stiffness, aches, and pain.
-Improve your skeletal alignment, flexibility & physical mobility.
-Decreased anxiety, stress, and sleep issues.
-Improve your intuition, clarity, and focus.
